OA Athletics is NOT for every athlete. We are for those who are willing to put forth the effort to better themselves mentally and physically. Even the best athletes in the world work hard. God-given talent and abilities will only carry you so far. Expect to work hard...and expect to occasionally hate it.

However, when you see the fruits of your labor, expect to say "It was worth it"

    Personal Training

    Initial Consultation:

    We'll measure your bodyfat, weight, arm, waist, and hip circumference as well as track your habits and discuss your goals to get you started. We will also discuss any previous conditions or injuries to tailor a plan specifically catered to your needs and goals.

    Workouts:

    Bring exercise clothes, a towel (optional), some sort of liquid (hydration is important!) and a strong desire to train hard and have fun!
